Biography

Shibani Belwalkar is a global educator, leadership coach, and passionate advocate for Purpose. She serves as Faculty at SDA Bocconi School of Management, Program Director of the International Executive Master in Business (IEMB) at SDA Bocconi Asia Center, and Head of Executive Education. She has also taught internationally at institutions such as Deakin, Liverpool, and INSEAD, and spoken at platforms including TEDx and APSS Singapore.

She has designed and delivered leadership programs for thousands of senior leaders across the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa, working with organizations in sectors such as Pharma, BFSI, ITES, Manufacturing, Telecom, Data, FMCG, and Consulting. Her clients include MSCI, BNP Paribas, Salesforce, Standard Chartered, MetLife, Steelcase, Citibank, Swiss Re, and Liberty, among others.

Shibani holds a Ph.D. supported by Faith at Work from Princeton and brings a strong credential base: Hogan Coaching Certification, Barrett’s Values Certification, Smart Collaborator® and Competitive Advantage Accelerator® certifications, Haptitude, FUIM (Finding Us in Music, South Africa), and leadership programs from Harvard and Stanford. Having lived in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, the US, and India, she brings a rich cross-cultural perspective to her work.
