Developing cybersecurity strategies to safeguard organizations

To protect organizations against current cyber threats, business leaders need to gain specific knowledge and tools. Participants will learn about the potential business impacts of current cyber risks and what is required to counter them from an organizational perspective. Based on this knowledge, acquired through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical case studies, participants will learn how to develop cybersecurity strategies that align with the existing business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The course is also aimed at executives interested in understanding how to build cybersecurity practices that can effectively protect the business models of their organizations, and business leaders who are, or plan to get, involved in decision-making and strategic planning related to cybersecurity.

Structure and contents

The program is divided into 4 pillars, with a total duration of 24 hours. The training course is aimed at maximizing the involvement of participants through the alternation of synchronous (“live”) and asynchronous sessions (self-available to participants).

Multiple enrollments

Companies, institutions and public bodies that enroll at least 3 participants in a single program are granted a 20 percent discount for each registration fee. The concession is not applicable for personal enrollment and must be formalized by the start date of the course.

Early Bird

A 10% reduction on the program fees offered to applications sent in by 10 September 2025.

Custom training programs

In the case of training needs involving several resources of the same company enrolled in more than one program, it is possible to define a customized plan from the specific needs of the organization. In this case, our Program Advisors are available to build with the client organizations ad hoc training plans with special pricing.

Partnerships and channel agreements

SDA Bocconi offers the possibility to initiate collaborations that allow them to expand the portfolio of educational trainings to be offered to their members. In this case, the School is available to evaluate partnerships and channel agreements so as to respond in a timely manner to the specific needs of the organization.
