Massimo Magni, Italian, Director of HR & Organization Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management; Coordinator of “Leadership” and “Team Leadership” executive programs. His areas of expertise include  leadership, team design and management, project collaboration.

He conducted numerous organizational behavior and leadership workshops as well as consulting projects in Europe, Middle East, and North America with  Glaxo Smith Kline, Chiesi, Prysmian, Danone, Barilla, Saudi Arabia Development Bank, Unicredit Group, Intesa SanPaolo, Luxottica,  Ansaldo-sts, ENI, ENEL and many others. Author of many books and managerial chapters, among others: “Team Management”.
