“Smooth seas never make skilled sailors, and neither do ordinary events make extraordinary memories, Our Bocconi Alumni India Meet in Mumbai was nothing short of exceptional! The meet welcomed the alumni from all the batches, including the full-time IMB program, executive program, and Global MBA program hosted at SDA Bocconi Asia Center and SDA Bocconi School of Management. The day started with a warm welcome by Bocconi Alumni – India Chapter Head – Mr Alessandro Giuliani, Managing Director, SDA Bocconi Asia Center, followed by a welcome address by Prof David Bardolet, Dean, SDA Bocconi Asia Center, and a Knowledge Dialogue on AI with Maurizio Poli, professor of Decision Sciences & Business Analytics at SDA Bocconi. We then set the sail on an adventurous journey through the waves of nostalgia and joy. The sailing race added thrill and excitement among the alumni, creating a sea of laughter and friendships. The tête-à-tête with Prof Marco Sampietro, Professor of Practice of Leadership, Organization and Human Resources who explained a shift from project management to social management was engaging and insightful, concluding the day with a delightful aperitivo.
