“2021-22 has been an excellent year for placements at SDA Bocconi Asia Center with the entire batch of International Master in Business (IMB) getting placed before the end of the program. The placement season this year saw some new benchmarks being set with average salary increasing by 20% and highest salary being INR 36.28 LPA. While the existing recruiters increased the number of offers, we were also able to add some important first-time recruiters across industry sectors. The combined effort of the students and the Career Development Services (CDS) team led to record placements this year.”

“As the Chief Placement Coordinator of the batch, I have facilitated and experienced firsthand the individualised attention given to each student during their academic and placement journeys. From bringing industry leaders to speak about possible career trajectories for each specialisation, to setting up one-on-one sessions with the Career Development Services team, the School ensured from day one that all students started on an equal footing irrespective of their varied backgrounds.”
