Curriculum Vitae
Stefano Gatti, Director of Full Time Executive MBA program at SDA Bocconi. His main area of research is corporate finance and investment banking. He has published in these areas including recent publications in the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Financial Management, the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance and the European Journal of Operational Research. His contribution to the development of knowledge in research fields on the Italian context is clearly demonstrated by his involvement as a consultant for banks and manufacturing firms and as a trainer for managers and government members of Russia, Africa and China. Among other consulting tasks, he has been member of the consultants committee of Alice Ventures, Management Company of MB Venture Closed Fund, member of the Board of Directors of the Pension Fund of Italian Doctors of Medicine, BCC Private Equity, SGR, Deutz Fahr Group. He has acted as a consultant to several financial and non-financial institutions and for the Italian Ministry of the Economy, the Financial Stability Board and the OECD/Group of G20.
